Family-led. Growth-minded. Long-term.

We help owners move forward without dismissing what came before.

Wasatch Legacy Group is led by Adam and Nisha Riggs, a husband-and-wife team combining technology and systems thinking with marketing, sales, leadership, and relationship-driven growth.

Why we created Wasatch Legacy Group

We are drawn to the businesses that quietly hold communities together: companies whose people show up, solve real problems, earn trust, and build their reputations one customer at a time.

We also understand that even excellent companies reach a point when the next stage requires something different - a new owner, stronger systems, greater leadership depth, additional capital, an acquisition, or a thoughtful succession plan.

Our role is not to make the owner a footnote in the company’s story. It is to learn how the business became successful, bring complementary resources to its next chapter, and help create an outcome the owner can feel good about.

Technology, systems, and operational problem-solving

Adam Riggs

Adam has more than 15 years of experience as a senior software engineer. His work has centered on solving complex problems, improving systems, and helping organizations operate more efficiently. He has also built more than 100 websites and previously owned a graphic-design business.

Adam brings a deliberate, analytical approach to technology, reporting, workflows, process design, and operational problem-solving. He is especially valuable when a growing business needs clearer information, simpler systems, and more repeatable execution.

Growth, marketing, research, and leadership

Nisha Riggs

Nisha has built and led a sales organization generating more than $4 million in annual retail revenue. Her experience includes customer acquisition, sales, retention, team development, marketing, relationship building, and creating systems that help people grow into leadership.

Earlier in her career, Nisha served as a marketing director, research associate, and nonprofit director. She brings energy, communication, curiosity, a love of research and spreadsheets, and a deep belief that sustainable growth is built through people and trust.

How our strengths work together

Adam asks:

How can the system become clearer, simpler, and more reliable?

Nisha asks:

How can we reach, serve, retain, and develop more people?

Together, we ask:

How can the company grow without losing what made customers and employees believe in it?

Our operating principles

Listen before changing

Tell the truth early

Protect healthy cash flow

Respect the people doing the work

Make roles and expectations clear

Build systems that support people

We choose durable growth over growth that merely looks impressive

The right fit begins with shared values and an honest conversation.
